Mr. Weis is one of the founders of the Firm.  Some of Mr. Weis’ specialties include advanced structural analysis using theoretical and computer methods, design of structures to withstand high wind and hurricane forces, historic structures, wastewater treatment facilities, and investigative/forensic engineering.  With his theoretical background, he is able to incorporate theoretical structural engineering concepts into practical designs

In 1994, he was part of a Catastrophe Response Team formed to serve areas affected by the Northridge, California earthquake.
